When you need a tent and when you do not
In Punta Cana the question is not whether it will rain, but when. An afternoon event between May and November with no cover contracted is a gamble, and the alternative —moving 150 guests indoors at the last minute— rarely goes well.
For short sunset ceremonies, many clients prefer not to cover and to agree a fallback plan instead. For receptions, dinners and anything lasting more than two hours, we recommend a tent. It also does something that has nothing to do with rain: it frames the space, gives the setup order, and hands the photographer a structure to work with.
We quote the tent together with the furniture, the lighting and the stage, because the transport cost is shared across everything travelling in the same truck.

- Can you help me choose the furniture?
- We advise you based on your event, your guests, the venue and the style, to find the pieces that suit it best.
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking early. Availability depends on the date and on the inventory free at the time.
- How do I confirm my booking?
- The booking is confirmed with the deposit percentage agreed, and is subject to the terms of the contract.
- What happens if a piece is damaged or lost?
- Damage or loss during the rental period is the direct responsibility of the client, under the terms set out in the contract.
- Can I use wooden furniture on the beach?
- Yes, wooden furniture is ideal and widely used for beach events. We recommend planning cover against rain, wind, sand and tide. If the setup will be directly on sand, tell us when you ask for the quote so we can recommend the pieces best suited to that ground.
- Does the catalog show everything you have?
- Not necessarily. Our inventory keeps growing and we are constantly adding new furniture, structures and pieces. If you are looking for something that is not in the catalog, ask us on WhatsApp or through this page, and if we do not have it we will look into acquiring it for your event.
- What are the payment methods?
- We accept bank transfers to local banks and international transfers. To request the payment details and instructions, message us on WhatsApp when you make your booking.
