Everything the venue doesn't already have
Resort packages cover the basics. What turns a ceremony into the one your clients pictured is the seating, the lounge, the lighting and the structure — and that is what we do.
Ceremony & banquet seating
Louis XV, Marie, Crossback, Napoleon, Ghost and rattan chairs — the pieces planners ask for by name.
Lounge & VIP areas
Sofas, armchairs, ottomans and LED furniture to build a cocktail lounge on sand or lawn.
Structures & flooring
Pagoda tents in white or clear, modular stages and wooden dance floors up to 50 m².
Lighting & power
Chandeliers, ambient and decorative lighting, plus a generator that reaches any location.

How it works from abroad
- 01
Send us the list
Add pieces to the cart on the catalog, or send the codes over WhatsApp or email. Include the venue and the date — both change the quote.
- 02
We confirm availability and total
You get a written quote with the daily rates, ITBIS and delivery to your specific venue. Quotes hold for 15 days.
- 03
A 50% deposit holds the date
Nothing is reserved until the deposit is in — peak Saturdays move fast. The balance is due one week before delivery.
- 04
We deliver, set up and break down
Our crew handles the setup at the venue and the collection afterwards. Your on-site planner does not have to move furniture.

Questions planners ask us
- Do you work with wedding planners based outside the Dominican Republic?
- Most of our work comes through planners who are not on the island. We handle quoting, delivery, setup and breakdown at the venue, and we coordinate directly with your on-site team so nothing depends on you being here early.
- How far in advance should we reserve?
- For peak season — December through April — three to six months is normal for a full wedding setup. Smaller orders can often be handled with a few weeks of notice, but the popular chairs and lounge pieces book out first.
- Are the prices on the site the final price?
- The catalog shows the daily rate per unit. On top of that, an order carries 18% ITBIS tax and a delivery cost that depends on the venue. We quote both before you commit — there is no hidden markup at the end.
- Do you deliver to resorts and private villas?
- Yes. We regularly deliver to resorts, private villas and beach venues in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana and Casa de Campo. Resort venues usually require us to be listed as an approved vendor — tell us the venue and we will handle that paperwork.
- What happens if it rains?
- We rent tents and pagodas, and for any outdoor setup we recommend deciding on a covered plan when you book rather than the week of the event. Ordinary rain is not grounds for cancellation, but a hurricane or tropical storm warning is: those are handled as force majeure, with rescheduling or a credit rather than a penalty.
Tell us about the event
Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count. We reply with availability and a number — usually the same day.
