About us

Alegrafest RD is a Dominican company specialized in furniture and infrastructure rental for social and corporate events, based in Punta Cana.

The team

The company is run by a team with more than two decades in the events industry, in the Dominican Republic and abroad. That experience is what lets us read what each event needs: how many pieces a guest count calls for, how to set up on sand, what to cover if it rains, and how long a setup takes when the venue is only released a few hours beforehand.

What we do

We rent chairs, tables, tents, lighting, stages and lounge furniture, and we handle delivery, setup, decoration and breakdown with our own crew. We work on everything from intimate celebrations to large productions:

• beach and ballroom weddings;
• corporate events, conferences, product launches and activations;
• birthdays, christenings and family gatherings.

Every piece in the catalog shows its daily rental price, and full setups by guest count are listed under packages (in Spanish). If you are looking for something that isn't there, ask us: the inventory keeps growing.

Where we work

We deliver and set up in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, La Romana, Casa de Campo.

That includes resorts, private villas and beach venues. Many resorts require vendors to be registered before the event: tell us the venue when you ask for a quote and we will handle that paperwork.

How we work

1. You send us the date, the venue, the type of event, the guest count and what you need. If you are not sure yet, we will advise you based on the space and the style.
2. We send you a written quote, with delivery and the 18% ITBIS tax included.
3. The booking is confirmed with a deposit, under the rental terms.
4. Payment is by bank transfer, local or international.

We work with wedding planners and event organizers, including many who are not on the island, and we coordinate directly with their on-site team. There is a professional rate for them.
