How we quote a company event
A corporate event is quoted differently from a wedding: what drives it is the headcount, the room format and the setup window, which is almost always tight because the venue is only released a few hours beforehand.
We need three things to give you a useful number: how many people, what format (theatre, standing cocktail, banquet) and what time we can get in to set up. With that we settle quantities, trucks and crew.
We invoice with a tax receipt and work with purchase orders. For agencies and production companies running several events a year, we have partner terms.

- Send us the event date, the venue, the type of event, how many guests and what you need, and we will gladly put a proposal together for you.
- Can you help me choose the furniture?
- We advise you based on your event, your guests, the venue and the style, to find the pieces that suit it best.
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking early. Availability depends on the date and on the inventory free at the time.
- How do I confirm my booking?
- The booking is confirmed with the deposit percentage agreed, and is subject to the terms of the contract.
- What happens if a piece is damaged or lost?
- Damage or loss during the rental period is the direct responsibility of the client, under the terms set out in the contract.
- Can I use wooden furniture on the beach?
- Yes, wooden furniture is ideal and widely used for beach events. We recommend planning cover against rain, wind, sand and tide. If the setup will be directly on sand, tell us when you ask for the quote so we can recommend the pieces best suited to that ground.
- Does the catalog show everything you have?
- Not necessarily. Our inventory keeps growing and we are constantly adding new furniture, structures and pieces. If you are looking for something that is not in the catalog, ask us on WhatsApp or through this page, and if we do not have it we will look into acquiring it for your event.
- What are the payment methods?
- We accept bank transfers to local banks and international transfers. To request the payment details and instructions, message us on WhatsApp when you make your booking.
Tell us about your event
Send us the date, the venue and a rough guest count. We come back with availability and a number, usually the same day.
